Need a different size, a different design, store credit or a refund? No problem!
Here at Hooligan Brand Clothing Co we like to make your experience as easy AND as enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. We accept items for refund or store credit within 60 days of the original order date if the product is in new condition. Please be aware that returns can only be processed for items that are in new condition. NO exchanges will be processed on previously work or dirty apparel.
Items that have been worn, stained, washed, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Our shirts are made of cotton and other materials and WILL shrink if not washed & dried on low heat; free exchanges are not available for damage caused by improper washing.
We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on under garments, or underwear for any reason.
We will process your request within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your return. Please note shipping costs incurred on your original order are not refunded upon return.

One free exchange is allowed per item for sizing issues. Exchanges for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are also covered for free.
Any order may be canceled prior to shipping for a full refund. Orders which shipped must be returned before a refund is issued.
Please include your original packing slip or a note in your package indicating your return authorization number. If you are unable to use any of the above methods to setup your return or exchange please include instructions in your package as to how you would like us to handle your specific situation. Shipping costs associated with returns must be paid by the buyer.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our store. A shipping address will be provided to you in a separate email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
